The NASDPTS Annual Conference is the Association’s premier event of the year, providing unmatched opportunities for members to hear the latest information on the school transportation industry. Coupled with our vendor tabletop displays, group dinners and keynote speakers on the hottest topics in the industry, this Conference is not to be missed.

Hosting the conference at the Nation’s Capital allows us to meet in-person with our federal partners. Invited agencies presenting include the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the U.S. Education Department (USDOE), among others. The conference will also feature technology updates from our industry suppliers, to include electric buses, and discussions by state directors on the top issues of the day to include: the driver shortage, alternative transportation, and electric and propane school buses.

Additionally, our Supplier Council Members will be displaying information and products during our Supplier Showcase, a tabletop exhibit meant to bring members and sellers together to share industry products and experiences. *Supplier Council Members see section below for further details.


Annual Conference Registration is $300 per person. You must be a NASDPTS member representative (in good standing) to attend NASDPTS Annual Conference. Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, meals/breaks, and sponsored events. Click here to register or the button below.

  • (1) FIRST STEP: Go to the event link by clicking here for the NASDPTS 2024 Annual Conference Registration link.
*You will skip to the (4) Step, if you are logged in the system.
  • (2) SECOND STEP: Log in the system by entering your email address and password. Click the "LOG IN" button at the lower right of your screen.
If you do not remember your password, click the "Forgot password" link to reset your password. If you don't receive the reset email immediately, check your junk/spam folder. If your email goes to a quarantine server, it could take a couple of hours to get the email
  • (3) THIRD STEP: Click the "REGISTER" button or 'REGISTER NOW" button (again) on the Event Registration page.
  • (4) FOURTH STEP: Your email address should be listed, which means you are in our system. If your email address is not listed, try entering your email address. Click the "Next" button.

If you are a "COORDINATOR" registering a colleague, enter your colleague's email address - NOT YOUR "COORDINATOR" EMAIL

NOTE: your colleague's email must be under your membership bundle. You will NOT be able to use your "COORDINATOR" email to register multiple people. You need to use their email address. Click here for instructions on managing your account and adding employees to your bundle.

  • (5) FIFTH STEP: Select your "Ticket Type" and click "Next" Button. 


  • Attendee Member Registration | State Directors, State Staff, and Associate members only. Cost $300.
  • Attendee STAC Member Registration | STAC members only receive a discounted rate of $250.
  • Attendee Supplier Council Registration | Supplier members only. Cost $300.
  • COMP Supplier Council: Major OEM Registration | Major OEM School Bus Manufacturer members only. Up to (6) comp registrations.
  • COMP Supplier Council: Major Provider Registration | Major School Bus Component Manufacturer or Major School Transportation Provider/Contractor members only. (1) comp registration.
  • COMP Supplier Council: Other OEM Registration | Other OEM School Bus Manufacturer members only. (2) comp registrations.
  • Scholarship Registration | For approved scholarship winners receive a comp registration. CODE REQUIRED.

If the system does not allow you to select the appropriate “Ticket Type,” there are (4) reasons why.

1. You are not a member.

2. Your email does not match our system.

3. You do not have access to register under that ticket type.

4. You are the "Coordinator" and already registered using your email. You can NOT use your email twice to register someone. Click here for instructions on managing your account and adding employees to your bundle.

  • (6) SIXTH STEP: Enter your "Registration Information", and "Guest" information (if applicable). Click the "Next" button.

  • (7) FINAL STEP: Review and Confirm your information and select payment type

    • "Invoice Me" is for members who want to pay by check. Click the “VIEW/PAY INVOICE” button to download or print a copy of your invoice. Check payments will receive an email receipt once the check is received and processed.

    • "Pay Online" is for members who wish to pay by credit card. If paying by credit card, you will automatically receive a paid receipt via email. 
Click the “NEW REGISTRATION” button to register additional colleagues. Type their email address (not your "Coordinator" email address) and complete the registration form. The person you registered will receive an email confirmation regarding their attendee registration.
      *Note your colleague must be in our system as a member to register them for the Annual Conference. Click here for the instructions as the "Coordinator" to "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" individuals in your account.

      Email NASDPTS for the code if you were selected to receive a scholarship.


      A significant other who is not a colleague or co-worker may be added to your registration as a guest at an additional cost of $175. Guests may join for meals and breaks only, but are not allowed to attend conference sessions. Guests may attend the full conference, including conference sessions, by paying the full attendee rate of $300.

        NASDPTS Supplier Showcase & Networking Session

        Sunday, November 17, 2024 | 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm | ROOM: Salon I & II

        While NASDPTS does not hold a trade show, we wanted to ensure our attendees can meet with our supplier council members to learn more about their company. The “Supplier Showcase and Networking Session” is an exclusive opportunity for suppliers, state directors, transportation professionals, and state association leaders to network in an informal setting.

        There is NO fee to participate in the Supplier Showcase. However, you must pay the attendee registration fee of $300 per person to participate in the showcase. The registration fee includes all sessions and sponsored meals/breaks. Please note that the Supplier Showcase room can accommodate (36) tables max. Tables are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis.

        DEADLINE: October 31st is the deadline to secure a table for the Supplier Showcase or until we hit room capacity. Tables are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis.

        Supplier members must register as an attendee to attend the conference, supplier showcase, sessions, and meal functions. The cost is $300 per person.

Only spouses are permitted to attend at the "Guest" rate if accompanied by a NASDPTS member in good standing.         Cancellations received after October 18 are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend (no-shows). You may send an alternate to the conference without an additional charge if you cannot attend. Email NASDPTS your replacement contact information no later than October 18. Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be received by October 18. Otherwise, thank you for your donation to support NASDPTS.


        Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NASDPTS conference, meetings, and other activities constitute an agreement by your registration to NASDPTS's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events activities. Unless you inform NASDPTS that you object, permission is assumed.
