MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
The Association Membership Categories are classified and defined as follows:
Associate Membership
An individual who is not eligible for membership in any other category may become an Associate member. This membership does not have voting rights. Cost is $150 per year.
Complimentary Membership
The President, with Board approval, may confer four (4) honorary, annual Associate memberships.
State Transportation Associations Council (STAC) Bundle Membership (up to 10 board members) State and provincial associations involved in promoting school transportation safety, security and efficiency. This membership category may vote on the affairs of this Council. Cost is $250 per association which includes membership for up to 10 of your Board of Directors. This category also allows a $50 discount on Annual Conference registration for all of its State Association Executive Committee Members.
State Director / State Staff Membership
All directors, supervisors and/or representatives of a state agency and a US territory who have been designated as having primary leadership responsibilities in the state pupil transportation program. This category may vote on matters applicable to this membership. Membership is complimentary and you must contact NASDPTS to apply.
Supplier Council Bundle Membership (up to 10 representatives per company)
Organizations or firms engaged in any of the following: Construction or manufacture of new school bus bodies and/or chassis; manufacturing or selling materials/components used in the manufacture of new school buses or in the school transportation aftermarket; supplying professional services that support school transportation; providing public or private pupil transportation; school bus dealerships; or providing media coverage with a focus on school transportation. This membership category may vote on the affairs of this Council. Costs are as follows:

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
- NASDPTS's membership runs for a calendar year (January through December). Dues are not prorated. You will be invoiced the full amount no matter what month you join. A renewal notice is sent automatically to the main account holder (bundle coordinator if you have a bundle account) annually to renew your membership January 1.
- Our system allows you to pay by credit card when you initiate your membership before your application is approved. If you pay by credit card and your application is not approved, you will receive a refund.
- Once payment is received and your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email and access to our member benefits.
