MANAGING YOUR NASDPTS MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

NASDPTS's cloud-based membership software (Wild Apricot) allows members to update their contact information in real-time at their convenience. SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. If you have questions or are having technical difficulties with the system, email NASDPTS.

FIRST STEP - ADD BOTH EMAILS TO YOUR SAFE SENDERS LIST

To ensure you receive our email notifications, please add both email addresses to your "safe senders list" so your email server does not block our email messages.

    ABOUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

    State Directors, State Staff, and Associate members have an individual "Member" account.

    Supplier Council members (all supplier categories) have a bundle account with a "Coordinator" appointed to manage your membership account. There is a limit of up to (10) people that can be added to your bundle, including the "Coordinator."

    State Transportation Associations Council (STAC) members have a bundle account with a "Coordinator" appointed to manage your membership account. There is a limit of up to (10) people that can be added to your bundle, including the "Coordinator."


    As a "Member" and/or the bundle "Coordinator" of your account, you can view and edit the following items by following the (3) steps below.

    (1) Log in to the system.

    (2) Click the BLUE ICON IMAGE above the "Login" text in the upper right corner at the top of the website

    (3) Click the "View Profile" link.


    You will see the following links to manage your account.

    • EDIT PROFILE button | To make updates to your contact information. 
      • ALL members can "Edit" their profile to update their contact information once they log in to the system.

      • The "Coordinator" of a bundle account, also has access to update the contact information of the members listed in your bundle.

      • The "Coordinator" will see the number of people in your bundle under "Used so far" and a list of "Your members." Click on an individual name under "Your members" and update their contact information. Click the "SAVE" button.

    • My directory profile | To view your member profile details in our system.
    • Email Subscriptions | To view your "subscribed" email opt-in list. 
    • Member photo albums | To "CREATE ALBUM" for members to see. Optional.
    • My event registrations | To view the list of events you have registered for and the details of your event registration. 
    • Invoices and payments | To view your invoices and payments that are outstanding or settled. If you have an unpaid invoice, you can click on the Invoice link and pay by credit card or print out a copy of the invoice to pay by check. 
    • Donations | Not applicable. NASDPTS does not use this feature.

    LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS

    There are (2) ways to log in the system.

    1. Go to: https://nasdpts.org/Sys/Login OR

    2. Go to: https://nasdpts.org and click the BLUE ICON IMAGE above the "Login" text in the upper right corner at the top of the website.
      • Email: enter your email - Must be the email we have in our system for you.
      • Password: enter your password
      • Check the box “I’m not a robot”
      • Click the “LOG IN” button

    Once you're logged in, click AGAIN the BLUE ICON IMAGE above the "Login" text in the upper right corner at the top of the website.

    Click the "View Profile" link.

        Password Not Working? | Forgot Your Password?

        1. Go to: https://nasdpts.org/Sys/ResetPasswordRequest
        2. Enter your email: note you must enter the email address we have in our system under your membership account, otherwise this step will not work.
        3. Check the box “I’m not a robot”
        4. Click the “SUBMIT” button
        5. Check your email messages for an email from Nasdpts24@wildapricot.org with the Subject Line: “Choose a new password for your NASDPTS account”.
        6. Click the "To choose a new password" link in the email.
          • If you don't receive the “Choose a new password for your NASDPTS account” email immediately, check your junk/spam folder. If your email goes to a quarantine server, it could take a couple of hours to receive the email. Also, make sure your email server has not blocked email messages from Nasdpts24@wildapricot.orgAdd this email to your safe senders list.

        COORDINATOR INFORMATION

        COORDINATOR - Supplier Council Members and STAC Members have a designated "Coordinator" in our system that was set up at the time of becoming a member. The "Coordinator" has access to do (2) things.

          1. "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" employees to your bundle account.

          2. The "Coordinator" receives your annual membership renewal notice/invoice via email that can be paid online. Reminders and invoices are sent out in November/December for January 1st renewal.
        It's important that the "Coordinator" does an annual review of the members listed in your account to ensure their contact information is up to date and "ARCHIVE" the individuals who are no longer with your company

        • If you are not sure who the "Coordinator" of your account is, email NASDPTS.

        • If your "Coordinator" is no longer with the company, email NASDPTS the contact information of the new "Coordinator" of your account.
          • It will be the responsibility of the new "Coordinator" to make any updates to "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" the individuals in your account. NASDPTS is available to help if you run into problems with the system, but it's the responsibility of the "Coordinator" to manage the updates your account.
        The "Coordinator" can also register members in your bundle for the Annual Conference. See the instructions "Registering for the Annual Conference" below.

        Instructions for the "Coordinator" to "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" individuals in your account.

        It's the responsibility of the "Coordinator" to manage the people in your bundle by "ADDING" or "ARCHIVING" people in your bundle account.

        LOG IN to your profile by going to: https://nasdpts.org/Sys/Login

          • Click the “LOG IN” button
        Is your password NOT working or you do NOT have a password?
          • Go to: https://nasdpts.org/Sys/ResetPasswordRequest
          • Enter your email: note you must enter the email address we have in our system under your membership account, otherwise this step will not work.
          • Check the box “I’m not a robot”
          • Click the “SUBMIT” button
          • Check your email messages for an email from Nasdpts24@wildapricot.org with the Subject Line: “Choose a new password for your NASDPTS account”.
          • Click the "To choose a new password" link in the email.

        1. Click the BLUE ICON IMAGE about the "Login" text in the upper right corner at the top of the website.

        2. Click the "View Profile" link.

        3. Under "My Profile," scroll down to view the "Bundle Summary" section.

        4. Click the "ADD MEMBER" button. Complete the membership form to add individuals to your bundle. Click "Save".

        5. To “ARCHIVE” an individual, click on their “NAME” under the “Your members” list. Then click the "ARCHIVE" button to remove an individual. Click "Save".

        Instructions Registering for the Annual Conference | For "Members" or "Coordinator"

        NASDPTS's Annual Conference is a members only event. Your email must be in our system under one of our member categories to have access to register.

        TO REGISTER FOR NASDPTS 2024 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

        1. Go to the event link by clicking here for the NASDPTS 2024 Annual Conference Registration link. *NOTE: You will skip to step 4, if you are logged in the system.

        2. Log in the system by entering your email address and password. Click the "LOG IN" button at the lower right of your screen.

          If you do not remember your password, click the "Forgot password" link to reset your password. If you don't receive the reset email immediately, check your junk/spam folder. If your email goes to a quarantine server, it could take a couple of hours to get the email.

        3. Click "REGISTER" or 'REGISTER NOW" button (again) on the Event Registration page.

        4. If you are logged in the system, your email address should be listed. Click the "Next" button.

          "COORDINATOR" NOTE: 
          If you are registering your colleague, enter their email address and NOT your email address so the system will autofill their contact information, if they are in our system as a member. Also, this event will show under their member profile and not your "coordinator" profile.

          If you are the Tradeshow Planner and are the "Coordinator" of your account and want their registration under your email address and profile, then use your "Coordinator" email address. However, if you have more than (1) person to register, the system will only allow you to use your email address once to register. The first name and last name provided on the registration form will be printed on the nametag and for the participant list. The email address used for the registration will receive the confirmation email.


        5. Select your "Ticket Type" and click "Next" button.

          TICKET TYPE OPTIONS

          + Attendee Member Registration | State Directors, State Staff, and Associate members only

          + Attendee STAC Member RegistrationSTAC members only

          + Attendee Supplier Council RegistrationSupplier members only

          + COMP Supplier Council: Major OEM RegistrationMajor OEM School Bus Manufacturer members only. Up to (6) comp registrations. 

          + COMP Supplier Council: Major Provider RegistrationMajor School Bus Component Manufacturer or Major School Transportation Provider/Contractor members only. (1) comp registration

          + COMP Supplier Council: Other OEM RegistrationOther OEM School Bus Manufacturer members only. (2) comp registrations.

          + Scholarship Registration | For approved scholarship winners only. CODE REQUIRED.   

          If the system does not allow you to select the appropriate “Ticket Type,” there are (4) reasons why.   

          1. You are not a member.
          2. Your email does not match our system.
          3. You do not have access to register under that ticket type.
          4. You are the "Coordinator" and already registered using your email. You can NOT use your email twice to register someone. See the instructions above to "ADD" your colleagues to your membership bundle.

        6. Complete the "Registration Information", and "Guest" information (if applicable). Click the "Next" button.

        7. Review and Confirm your information and select payment type.

          "Invoice Me" if you want to pay by check. Click the “VIEW/PAY INVOICE” button to download or print a copy of your invoice. Check payments will receive an email receipt once the check is received and processed.

          "Pay Online" if you wish to pay by credit card. You will receive a paid receipt via email once your card has been charged. 

        Repeat if you need to register additional people. Click the "New Registration" button.
        • If you are registered, click "Review my registrations". This section will show who you have registered. Note you can NOT use your email address if you are already registered. You want to use the email address of the person you are registering. They must be a MEMBER in our system under your bundle. The account “Coordinator” can “ADD” individuals to your membership bundle to have access to register them for an event.
