State Delegations

Each state and US Territory was invited to appoint a slate of delegates to the 17th NCST. Each state delegation has one vote on matters of Congress business. The 2020 state delegations will remain in place for consideration of interim NCST revisions until the 2025 Congress delegations are established in mid-2024. Congress procedures require the state director of student transportation or the person serving in that capacity to pick up to seven delegates and qualified alternates.
